Our company offers a specific path for each homeowner. Whether you have a home plan chosen, or you need help in selecting a plan to suite your wants and lifestyle, we walk with you every step of the way.

Before construction begins, you will know the exact cost and the specific materials and features that will be put into your home. There are no surprises when you work with Bayou Craft Builders.

At a pre-start conference, we review your selected plans. Then, at a design conference, you will select your desired interior and exterior finishes. Next, a pre-sheetrock walk-through verifies the options and answers and questions. Finally, a new home orientation and pre-settlement inspection before closing finishes the process.
